PondHawk has been a member of the Traditions of Christina community in Newark, Delaware, since April 2020.
With PondHawk solar-powered pond aerator, we are adding dissolved oxygen and circulation to the stormwater pond in the Traditions of Christina community in Newark, Delaware. This community offers a great example of using a vegetative buffer (taller grass around the parameter), higher mowing heights, and responsible fertilizer use. When PondHawk is combined with other stormwater best management practices (BMPs), the community creates a habitat for wildlife while improving the water quality throughout the watershed.
This combined Pondhawk and stormwater best management practices solution removes the cost of expensive manpower for other pond maintenance solutions. It eliminates the need for harsh chemicals, providing an environmentally beneficial solution.
