The Retreat at Blacksburg is the most talked about student cottage community at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
As specified by Gay and Neel, Inc., Virginia civil engineers and landscape architects, two PondHawk single diffuser systems were installed on the property’s stormwater retention ponds in August 2016. The retention ponds, shown in the drawing below are located at the edge of the new construction project.
